KRISTIN SIKORSKI
Kristin grew up working in her family’s interior design, rug and soft goods businesses forging a passion for beautiful interiors. After founding and selling a national commercial insurance agency, Kristin went back to school for Interior Design to follow her passion.
She founded her company, Old Village Interiors, in 2021 in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Kristin takes inspiration from her travels and the influences of the many places she has lived growing up including Houston, Isle of Palms, the North Carolina mountains, and the Cotswolds in England, but really pulls from the laid back beach vibe that brought her back to the Carolina coast.
With two young kids, her husband Jason, and her golden retriever Barrington, she takes ease and performance seriously in her designs but not at the expense of beauty and innovation. She finds that the beauty is in the details, through pattern, art, special books, travel treasures and family photos.
